1.5.2 Evaluation of Business Type to Prepare EIA/ EHIA/ IEE Reports

In examining the preparation for EIA/ EHIA/ IEE’s reports, it is The Procedure where the entrepreneur shall examine that whether his type of business is under the scope that there has to be report on analysis of environmental impact assessment or EIA, or report on the analysis of environmental impact, for the Project or business that may have serious impact on the community both in terms of environmental quality, natural resource, and health (Environmental Health Impact Assessment or EHIA, or Initial Environmental Examination or IEE’s report.
If the type of business of the entrepreneur is under the scope that there has to be report on analysis of environmental impact assessment or EIA, or report on the analysis of environmental impact, for the Project or business that may have serious impact on the community both in terms of environmental quality, natural resource, and health (Environmental Health Impact Assessment or EHIA, or Initial Environmental Examination or IEE’s report ,the entrepreneur shall prepare for such report under procedures and academic principle as specified by law first before constructing factory.
