Criteria for consideration
Those in charge of consideration shall examine for accuracy and completeness in the application for permission; the criteria used for consideration are as follows:
1. The industrial entrepreneur and the commercial entrepreneur who is permitted to use land for business undertaking and who is ordinary partnership, limited partnership, or limited company, who is registered under the Civil and Commercial Code already
2. The industrial entrepreneur and the commercial entrepreneur who has foreign shares of more than 49 % is considered as alien juristic person, thus would be granted with benefits in holding land ownership under Section 44 of the Industrial Estate Authority Act B.E. 2522 and its Revision
3. Using area for business undertaking shall be under rules, methods, and conditions for granting permission. The holding of land ownership in the Industrial Estate shall be under the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand’s Announcement on Rules, Methods, and Conditions in Granting Permission to Hold Land Ownership in the Industrial Estate, that is the area for business undertaking shall consist of the area in various parts of the area as follows:
• Area for constructing factory building or office building, which shall be correct and appropriate under the characteristics of business, as well as the system or production method under each type of business
• Area for safety guard and for environmental preservation due to the necessity from business undertaking as appropriate such as wastewater disposal system, accident prevention system
• Unoccupied are under the architectural landscape characteristics
• area for business undertaking that is necessary as appropriate that may be the building or open area such as area for collecting goods, parking area, canteen area, keeper’s box
• Unoccupied area for business expansion in the future

5 The power of attorney attaching with revenue stamp following the law (If any)
