Rules for consideration
Those in charge of consideration shall examine for accuracy and completeness in the application for permission; the criteria used for consideration are as follows:
In case of the industrial entrepreneur and the commercial entrepreneur who is Thai juristic person with joint foreign shares of not more than 49 %, normally would be able to transfer land ownership under the Land Code, but for convenience and speed the IEAT would have certificate for the entrepreneur as being entrepreneur in the Industrial Estate to provide to the Land Department
