1 The employer shall provide for health checkup of the employee whose work is concerned with risk factor, by first-class doctor who is licensed to conduct occupational medicine or who passes the course in occupational medicine, or who is qualified as specified by law; the first health checkup shall be complete within 30 days as from the day when the employee starts work and the next health checkup shall be done for at least once a year. 2 The employee shall provide for personal health book of the employee whose work is concernd with risk factors, as specified by the Director General, and the employer shall rcord the result of health checkup in the personal health book of the employee everytime. [2],[3],[4],[6]
3 The employer shall keep the record of result of health checkup of the employee under Item 3 and other heath information concerned and is ready to be inspected by the labor inspector at any time, by keeping it at the employer’s office for not less than 2 years as from the day when each employment of employee is terminated, and the employer shall give personal health checkup to the employee after terminating the employment. [2],[3],[4],[6]
4 The employer shall provide for health checkup of employee whose work is concerned with risk factor and shall define “work concerned with risk factor” as the work performed by the employee that is concerned with risk factor including hazardous chemicals in form of gas, in form of dust or metal powder and chemicals in group of acid, hazardous chemicals in group of pesticides, and in other groups under the list as specified by law.
