1 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer who produce or possess radiation source shall inform of the number and quantity of such radiation intensity to the Director General within 7 days as from the day when prodcing or possessing. [1],[2],[3]
2 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer shall specify control area by making fence or line showing the zone, and shall prepare for warning sign stating “Be watchful of danger from radiation, Do not enter” at least in Thai language in black letter on yellow background to be seen clearly. [1],[2],[3]
3 The employee who has no duty to perform work related to radiation or the outsider or the pregnant woman must not enter into the control area without authority. [1],[2],[3]
4 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer shall prepare for tool and equipment that help reduce the radiation quantity at radiation source or at the passing route of radiation and specifies method and period of time of work to prevent employees working in control zone from getting accumulated radiation more than that specified by law. 5 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer shall prepare for information on quantity of accumulated radiation that the employees get regularly every month under the form specified by law. [1],[2],[3]
6 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer shall provide for employees to be responsible in taking technical action on radiation at business place for the whole period of working time in radiation. [1],[2],[3]
7 The employee entering into the residential area must not bring food, beverage, or cigarette into the control area. [1],[2],[3]
8 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer shall prepare for hand wash basin, and the place for taking shower so that the employee could use after performing work concerned with radiation before getting out of workplace, the employee shall remove uniform out to be kept at the appropriate place. 9 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer shall provide for plan in preventing and handling with danger from radiation under normal working condition and emergency from radiation or accident and shall have emergency plan practice in both forms for at least once a year. [1],[2],[3]
10 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer shall keep, move, and transport radiation source, and shall manage radioactive wastes in order for the safety of the employee under conditions and methods specified by law. [1],[2],[3]
11 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer shall provide for mark, label, and warning sign such as warning mark, label with mark and message as warning, with details as specified by law. [1],[2],[3]
12 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer shall prepare for report on emergency from radiation or serious accident within 30 days as from the day when there is incident; in case of death, illness, injury, or disease due to work concerned with radiation, there shall be report on emergency from radiation and serious accident within 15 days as from the day when the incident happens. 13 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer provide for safety personal equipment for the employee and shall provide training on the employee to understand danger and method in preventing danger from radiation before performing duty in the controlling area. [1],[2],[3]
14 The entrepreneur of the factory business or the employer shall arrange the employee whose work is concerned with radiation nto receive health check-up for at least once a year. [1],[2],[3]
