(12) Adding working district of the craftsman, the expert (IEAT 17-3)

1. Examine the details in the application for permission to see whether such application is complete and correct or not

2. Examine the supporting documents to see whether they are complete and correct or not

3. Examine the signature to see whether it is the signature of the authorized to sign to bind the company under the Juristic Person Registration Certificate and/ or Power of Attorney or not

4. Examine the copy of passport of skilled craftsman, the expert to see whether they are permitted to stay by the rights and benefits of IEAT or not

5. Examine the copy of work permit to see whether the permission is granted to work by rights and benefits of IEAT or not

6. Considered added work district that must be under the specification as the location of the factory or the location of the office as specified in the Juristic Person Registration Certificate

7. Consideration in adding work district in the same position shall be done as follows

7.1 It must be the subsidiary company or branch office which is related to each other in the following characteristics:

- Shareholders or the partners are more than half of the number of shareholders or partners in one juristic person are the shareholders or partners of more than half of the number of shareholders or partners in the other juristic person

- The shareholders or the partners who hold shares or who are partners in one juristic person having value of more than 50 % of all capital,hold shares or are partners in the other juristic person with the value of more than 50 % of all capital

- The number of people more than half of the number of directors or the partners having managing power in one juristic person are directors or partners who have managing power in the other juristic person

- A company has control power concerned with appointment and removal of directors who have all or much of the managing power of the other company

- One juristic person holds shares or becomes partner in the other juristic person for more than 50 % of total capital or of already distributed shares; in case when the first company and/ or the subsidiary company or many companies or the firs company/ or the subsidiary company in the first rank and or in the following rank, one company or many companies holding shares of any company having the total number of more than 50 % of already distributed shares shall be considered as that such company is the subsidiary company of the first company as well.

7.2 The company that requests for more work is located in the Industrial Estate (IEAT has power)

7.3 The company that requests for more work is located out of the Industrial Estate (IEAT has no power)
