1 The law specifies picture of the use of hand signal to communicate between the workers related to crane so that the employer could post it at the position or location where the employee performs work to see clearly; the pictures of the use of hand signal in communication between the workers concerned with crane shall be as published in the Government Gazette. 2 The employer shall provide for training course on performing duty of the controller of crane, the one in charge of giving signal to the crane controller, or the controller of the use of crane and the training and review of work concerned with crane under the criteria, method of training and expert as published in the Government Gazette. 3 The arranger for training course for performing duty of the crane controller to the giver of signal to the crane controller, or the controller of the use of crane and the training and review of work concerned with crane, shall provide for training participant in theory for nto more than 60 persons per room per at least one expert; and in practice test, there shall be at least one expert and one crane per 20 participants of the training. 4 The employer shall not allow the employee or any person who is not involved with the work to be at the construction site, or in the site under the responsibility of the employer near the pile driving base in the distance of not less than 2 times of the height of the pile driving structure while the pile-driving equipment is used. 5 The employer shall not allow the employee or any person to hang on the rope or sling of the pile driving equipment. [1],[2],[3],[4],[6],[9],[10],[11]

7 The employer shall provide for test of components and equipment of crane under type and characteristics of the work under the rules and method as specified by law and the employee shall provide for document with data on the test of components and equipment for crane where there is mechanical engineer to certify, picture of engineer while testing, and copy of professional engineering license to be kept as evidence for the labor inspector to inspect. 8 The employer shall be in charge of the employee whose work is related to machine to inspect such machine to be in good condition and safety condition under the period of time as appropriate and shall arrange for annual certification inspection as specified by the Director General. 9 The employer shall not use or allow the employee to use machine to work overload that is specified by the manufacturer. [1],[2],[3],[4],[6],[9],[10],[11]
