Rules for consideration
1. Examine the details in the application for permission to see whether such application is complete and correct or not
2. Examine the supporting documents to see whether they are complete and correct or not
3. Examine the signature to see whether it is the signature of the authorized to sign to bind the company under the Juristic Person Registration Certificate and/ or Power of Attorney or not
4. Examine evidence showing the change of name/ nationality or certificate from the embassy or consul general with the passport to see whether they are consistent with each other or not.
