(2) Application for bringing spouse and
dependant of the skill craftsman and the expert to enter and live in the Kingdom (IEAT 17-1 AND 17-2)
Details
Rules for consideration
1. Examine the details in the application for permission to see whether such application is complete and correct or not
2. Examine the supporting documents to see whether they are complete and correct or not
3. Examine the signature to see whether it is the signature of the authorized to sign to bind the company under the Juristic Person Registration Certificate and/ or Power of Attorney or not
4. Examine the qualifications of the person who requests for placement to see whether such person is completely qualified or not, by checking from the copy of Visa of the skilled craftsman and the expert that must be Non-Immigrant Visa with the code of B or EX, and the remaining period of time of Visa shall not be less than 6 months
5. Examine the copy of Marriage Certificate or document showing the relationship of the family; if it is in other languages, it shall be translated into Thai or English and the embassy of the permission grantor in Thailand shall certify correct translation
6. Examine the copy of Birth Certificate (children’s) or document showing the relationship of the family: if it is in other languages, it shall be translated into Thai or English and the embassy of the permission grantor in Thailand shall certify correct translation
7. Examine the evidence showing being father, mother, or certificate from the embassy or the consul general (father, mother of the craftsman)
8. Examine the House Registration (if any); if it is in other languages, it shall be translated into Thai or English and the embassy of the permission grantor in Thailand shall certify correct translation
9. Examine the craftsman, the expert of the spouse and dependant to see whether they are permitted to enter and work in the Kingdom under Section 45, 46, and then it is allowed to stay in the Kingdom of not more than the period of time as permitted for the craftsman and the expert to stay in the Kingdom; in case of children, the age shall not be more than 20 years old.
