(3) Applying for the extension of period of time
of the skilled craftsman, the expert, and the family (IEAT 17-1 AND 17-2)
Details
Rules for consideration
1. Examine the details in the application for permission to see whether such application is complete and correct or not
2. Examine the supporting documents to see whether they are complete and correct or not
3. Examine the signature to see whether it is the signature of the authorized to sign to bind the company under the Juristic Person Registration Certificate and/ or Power of Attorney or not
4. Examine the qualifications of the person applying for the extension of period of staying time of craftsman, expert, and family to see whether they are completely qualified, by checking from the copy of passport of craftsman, expert, spouse, and dependant to see whether the visa is sealed to permit to stay by having rights and benefits of the IEAT or not
5. Examine the copy of work permit to see whether the permission to work by using rights and benefits of IEAT is granted or not
6. Consider that whether the applicant for extension of period of staying and working is the person who has once been permitted from IEAT to stay and work in such position or not.
7. Examine the copy of passport of the children requesting for extension of period of staying time in the Kingdom who shall not be more than 20 years
