Case 1 The skilled craftsman, the expert already return the work permit at the Department of Employment
Case 2 The skilled craftsman, the expert does not yet return work permit
• Examine the details in the application for permission to see whether such application is complete and correct or not
• Examine the supporting documents to see whether they are complete and correct or not
o Case 1 Copy of passport, copy of ThorTor. 10
o Case 2 Copy of passport, copy of work permit
• Examine the signature to see whether it is the signature of the authorized to sign to bind the company under the Juristic Person Registration Certificate and/ or Power of Attorney or not
• Examine from the copy of passport of skilled craftsman, the expert to see whether they are permitted to stay by benefits and rights of IEAT or not
• Examine from the copy of work permit to see whether they are permitted to work by rights and benefits of IEAT or not
