(8) Applying for permission to allow the alien skilled craftsman,
the alien expert and family to stay in the Kingdom under the right that is previously granted (IEAT 17-3)
Details
1. Examine the details in the application for permission to see whether such application is complete and correct or not
2. Examine the supporting documents to see whether they are complete and correct or not
3. Examine the signature to see whether it is the signature of the authorized to sign to bind the company under the Juristic Person Registration Certificate and/ or Power of Attorney or not
4. Examine the copy of passport of skilled craftsman, the expert and/ or spouse and/ or dependant to see whether are granted permission to say by rights and benefits of IEAT or not
5. Examine the copy of passport under Item 4 to see whether it is affixed seal by the Immigration Division, when is the latest travel, and whether it is Non-Immigrant Visa with the code of B or EX or not for skilled craftsman, the expert and code O for spouse and dependant
