1 The law specifies tha the National Environmental Committee shall have authority in publishing in the Government Gazette, determining standard of environmental quality concerned with air pollution, that is air quality standard in general atmosphere. [6]
2 Environmetnal quality management plan, especially the management of air quality, shall be published in the Government Gazette; the government agencies concerned shall have duty to take action under power and duty in order to be consistent with the environmental quality management plan. [6]

31 The law specifies that the new power plant with the use of fuel from coal, oil, natural gas, or biomass fuel as fuel is the source of pollution where waste air release into the atmosphere shall be controlled, and specifies the standard in controlling the release of waste air into the atmosphere from power plant and old power plant including sulfur dioxide, oxide of nitrogen, and dust by collecting samples for measurement and anzlysis as specified by USEPA and by method as published in the Government Gazette by the Department of Pollution Control. 41 The entrepreneur of the factory has duty to prepare for general information report form (RorWor. 1) for the industrial factory, water pollution report form (RorWor.2) for the factory where there shall be controller of water pollution treatment system, air pollution report form (RorWor. 3) for the factory where there shall be controller of air pollution treatment system, to be complete and correct, as the case may be, and send it to the Department of Industiral Works through electronic system within 45 days as from the day when being informed via electronic system. 42 The law specifies standard and method in examining odor in the air from factory including the odor concentration in the area of fence or the area within the factory, and the odor concentration at the air chimney of the factory; and the factory must not release odory air out of the factory unless action is already taken to make such released air to have odor concentration of not higher than that specified by law; however, the dilution method must not be used. 41 The entrepreneur of the factory has duty to prepare for general information report form (RorWor. 1) for the industrial factory, water pollution report form (RorWor.2) for the factory where there shall be controller of water pollution treatment system, air pollution report form (RorWor. 3) for the factory where there shall be controller of air pollution treatment system, to be complete and correct, as the case may be, and send it to the Department of Industiral Works through electronic system within 45 days as from the day when being informed via electronic system. 42 The law specifies standard and method in examining odor in the air from factory including the odor concentration in the area of fence or the area within the factory, and the odor concentration at the air chimney of the factory; and the factory must not release odory air out of the factory unless action is already taken to make such released air to have odor concentration of not higher than that specified by law; however, the dilution method must not be used. 49 The law specifies the quantity of contaminants in the air released from the factory in case when the used oil is used through quality adjustment process and synthetic fuel as fuel in industrial furnace including particulate matter, hydrogen chloride, and hydrogen fluoride, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, oxide of nitrogen as NO2, dioxind/ furans, in form of TEQ, mercury, heavy metal like antimony, arsenic, cadmium, selenium, tellurium, heavy metal like vanadium, chromium, cobalt, nickel, copper, lead, manganese, and tin, etc. [1],[48]
