11 The work that the employer shall not allow the employee lower than 18 years old to work include: (1) work concerned with heat, cool, vibration, and noise that may be dangerous as specified by law, (2) work concerned with chemicals which is dangerous, toxic, explosive, or inflammable substance as specified by law, (3) work that is concerned with the toxic microbe that may be virus, bacteria, fungus, or others as specified by law, (4) work concerned with driving forklift or crane using engine power or electricity, (5) work that is concerned with all kinds of radioactivity. 12 The work in petroleum business under the specification of law on petroleum including the work on maintenance and work to provide service concerned with such work, as specified by law to be protected. [1],[2],[3],[4],[11]
13 The work that is to watch the place or property, is the kind of work that the employee is not entitled to receiving ovetime pay and holiday overtime pay, but is entitled to receiving compensation in form of money equal to the wage rate per hour on working day. [1],[2],[3],[4],[12]

18 The employer shall provide for hear monitoring by taking following actions (1) perform audiometric testing for the employee who is exposed to the noise by average for working of 8 hours as from 85 decibel A and over and there shall be audiometric testing further for at least once a year; (2) inform of test result to the employee within 7 days as from the day when the employer knows the result; (3) repeat the audiometric testing of the employee again within 7 days as from the day when the employer is informed of the result of test [1],[2],[3],[4],[18]
19 The employer shall provide training on the understanding concerned with the hearing conservation project in the business place, the significance of audiometric test, danger of noise, control and prevention and use of personal safy equipment, to the employee who works in the area where the noise faced by average for the whole 8 hours is 85 decibel A or over, and the employees concerned in business place. 20 The employer shall assess and review the management of the hearing conservation project in the business place for not less than once a year. [1],[2],[3],[4],[18]
21 The employer shall record data and shall prepare for document as specified by law and kept at the business place for not less than 5 years that is ready to be inspected by the labor inspector. [1],[2],[3],[4],[18]
