1 Types of building in the Industrial Estate that must provide for enginnering inspector or architectural inspector, as the case may be, for inspecting the condition of the building, structure of the building, and equipment of the building for the benefit of stability and safety of the use of building include: (1) entertainment hall, (2) hotel under the specification of law on hotel with the number of rooms of more than 80 rooms or over, (3) service place under the specification of law on service place with the area of more than 2000 square meters or over, (4) condominium under the specification of law or residential building with the residing area of more than 200 square meters or over, (5) building under the specification of law on the factory wit the height of more than 1 floors and with the usage area of more than 5,000 square meters or over, (6) signpost or stand for fixing signpost that is higher than the ground of more than 15 meters or over or with the area of more than 50 square meters or over or signpost or stand on the deck or roof of the building with the area of 25 square meters or over. 2 The applicant for registration as inspector shall have qualifications under criteria as specified by law. [1],[2],[3],[4],[5],[7]
3 The inspection of building and accessories of the building shall be divided into 2 types including (1) key inspection as the inspection of the building and accessories of the building under details of the inspection under Item 17 shall be done every 5 years, (2) the annual inspection as the inspection of the building and accessories of the building under inspection plan for the building and accessories of the building annually prepared by the inspector every year. 4 The inspection of building and accessories shall be performed at least for the following matters: (1) inspection of the stability of the building, (2) the inspection of the system and accessory equipment of the building, (3) inspection of the performance of system and various equipment of the building when evacuating the building users and (4) the inspection of safety management system in the building. 5 the building owner or the manager of the condominium juristic person shall present report on the result of inspection of building and accessory of the building to the local official annually by presenting it within 30 days before the old building inspection certificate is 1 year already. 6 the building owner or the manager of the condominium juristic person has duty to arrange for the inspection and maintenance of the building and accessory equipment under the manual of the manufacturer or the installer of the system and equipment of the building or under action plan in providing maintenance as specified by the inspector and shall provide for record of information of the inspection and maintenance under the specified period of time.
