4.2 Request for Reinstatement of Right and
Acceptance of the Returned Right in Land Utilization and in Conducting Business in The Industrial Estate

Details
• The entrepreneur who is the lessee or who is given consent to use the area, who submits general application (GorNorAor. 01/3), or prepares for the letter informing of the intention to request for the reinstatement of right in land use, can take action in the submission at IEAT Headquarter or the Industrial Estate Office, and after the staff considers the application and the approval/ permission is granted already, IEAT Shall issue the letter on the cancellation of the permit and the agreement for land use (if any). In case it is the Industrial Estate where the IEAT manages the public utility by itself, the IEAT shall examine outstanding debt of the Company first before granting permission on the reinstatement of right.
• The entrepreneur who is the lessor or who gives consent to use the area, who submits general application (GorNorAor. 01/3), or prepares for the letter informing of the intention to request for the acceptance of returned right in land use, can take action in the submission at IEAT Headquarter or the Industrial Estate Office, and after the staff considers the application and the document correctly and completely already, and the approval/ permission is granted already, IEAT shall issue the notice for coming to receive the new permit.
• In case when the entrepreneur (the lessee) who is reinstated of right in land use by renting or by consent, and later the lessee does not intend to conduct business or terminate the land use, it shall be deemed as the case of request for the reinstatement of right/ the acceptance of returned right in land use, and following actions shall be taken:
1. For the request for reinstatement of right in land use, the entrepreneur who is the lessee or who is given consent to use the land shall submit general application (GorNorAor. 01/3)
2. For the acceptance of returned right in land use, the entrepreneur who is the lessor or who gives consent to use the land shall submit general application (GorNorAor 01/3)
3. The request shall be submitted at the same time in both cases.

Note: The request for the reinstatement of right in land use of the entrepreneur in free trade zone, after the Industrial Estate Authority already approves and provides reinstatement of right, would cause the permit for land use and for business undertaking in the Industrial Estate to be terminated, thus affecting the transaction to be conducted, for example, it is not allowed to bring items or goods into or out of the free trade zone.
