Application for permission in land ownership in the Industrial Estate

Details
1. The industrial entrepreneur and the commercial entrepreneur who is permitted to use land for business undertaking in the Industrial Estate, who is the alien juristic person (alien shareholders of 49 % and more), shall be granted with rights and benefits in owning land ownership under Section 44 of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and its Revision as follows:
- Holding land ownership for business undertaking
- Holding land ownership in residential zone and commercial zone
- Holding land ownership for business undertaking and commerce (added)
- Permission in transferring right to use land by renting land and factory building
2. The industrial entrepreneur and the commercial entrepreneur who is Thai juristic person (alien shareholders of not more than 49 %), who can transfer land ownership under the law of the Land Department, but for convenience and speed in transferring land ownership, the following actions shall be taken:
- Certification as Thai juristic person entrepreneur in order for transferring land ownership
(1) Request for holding land ownership for business undertaking
(2) Request for holding land ownership in commercial zone and residential zone
(3) Applying for certification of being Thai juristic person entrepreneur for transferring land ownership
